As the 2nd half of September approaches, we here at PDXCritique have not been able to find a meeting space to host us yet. We got tons of great ideas at the our social meetup last month and have been contacting people left and right. All of the places we have contacted have been very nice, but have some requirements we have not been able to meet.
If anyone is a member of NedSpace or an employee of Jive Software, we would love to chat with you further.
All suggestions welcome.

We will be meeting Friday August, 28th at 6 pm at the Lucky Lab, S.E (Hawthorne) to discuss our future. We would love if you could join us and help us sort out meeting spots, what you would like to see happen with this group, meeting times and any other things that might be on your mind.
This is a social meeting, but if you have any things you need reviewed, we would love to help you out. Just let us know.

That’s a very good question. Summer hit most of the us that run PDX Critique like a ton of bricks. We lost our dearly beloved CubeSpace, ran into some health issues and two of us bought a house. All of which amounts to major time suckage. Enough with the excuses already though right?
We are all committed to the heart and soul of PDX Critique and hope to at very least have a social gathering for the month of August where we can sit around and discuss with our wonderful attendees what they would like to see the future of PDX Critique look like.

Current plans are to do food Potluck style, I would love to continue the food for critique theme that we’ve been doing here recently. As for planned events there will be games, a few contests are planned. There are even plans of tasty unmentionable beverages, though if there is anything that you would like to bring your more then welcome to add that to the form.
Lastly if you feel inspired and would like to help organize this event or have something that you would like to contribute, everything is being discussed over at pdxgroups.

We are committed to expanding the focus of PDX Critique. As such, we have all promised to write posts regularly about things that concern us that relate, in some way or another, to the core mission of PDX Critique.
I kicked us off on our expansion with a post about my bra strap.
